No - it is 100% free for M&A Advisors to post deals. Given the growth rate in PE firms and competition for deals, it was important for us to build a product that was friendly for M&A Advisors and made it easy for them to post, market, and manage deals.
Yes and no. We do review each deal to see if we think it would be a good high-level fit for the network of investors on our platform. Many deals are screened out as part of that process. However, investors are responsible for their own due diligence on all deals on our platform.
