PlusAI Inc., specializing in autonomous trucking technology, has announced a proposed merger with Texas Ventures Acquisition III Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The merger aims to secure additional capital to fuel PlusAI's growth and expand its market presence in the autonomous trucking industry, with plans for the combined entity to be listed on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol 'PLAI'. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023, pending stockholder approval and customary conditions.
