Royalty Roofing, a portfolio company of Six Pillars Partners based in Austin, Texas, has acquired Rodd Roofing, a Houston-based commercial roofing contractor established in 1999. This strategic acquisition aims to expand Royalty Roofing's operational footprint in Texas and enhance its range of roofing services. The deal was facilitated by Generational Group, which served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rodd Roofing during the transaction, which closed on July 20, 2023.
